Abstrak

We offer praise and gratitude to God Almighty, because it is thanks to His grace that the book entitled Consumer Intentions to Repurchase Based on Consumer Trust and Satisfaction, Quality of Electronic Services, and Reciprocal Relationships can be completed and successfully published. The presence of this book on Consumer Repurchase Intentions Based on Consumer Trust and Satisfaction, Quality of Electronic Services, and Reciprocal Relationships was compiled by academics in book form. Even though it is far from perfect, we hope that this book can be used as a reference or reading as well as a reference for academics or professionals familiar with Management Science.

The systematics of writing this book are described in five chapters which contain Consumer Behavior, Repurchase Intention, Online Service Quality, Reciprocity, Customer Satisfaction, and Trust.
