Abstrak

Hygienic factors are important consider in designing a space related to catering. Referring to requirements and standard, hygiene does not only concern the people in it but also the environment. The design of the Baking Course Center in Denpasar, hygiene was promoted as a theme with the aim of providing an alternative facility where bread and cake course are applying hygienic standards of the community. Because of the hygiene in the outdoor area is often ruled out in order to be more focused on the indoor space, outdoor area is chosen as its application. implementation of hygiene is focused on the selection of non-contaminating materials, maximize circulatory openings, community circulation, and effective sanitary and drainage arrangements to produce safe and comfortable building design.
