Abstrak

ABSTRACT This research entitled the existence and benchmark remuneration system civil state apparatus (study at Kanwil Ministry of Religious Province of Bali). The method used in this paper is Normative legal research method. The author is interested to conduct research at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion Bali which took on the remuneration system in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion Bali based on Law No. 5 of 2014 About the State Civil Apparatus where for the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bali itself on Regulation President Number 154 Year 2015 About Employee Performance Allowance in the Ministry of Religious Affairs No. 29 of 2016. For the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bali starting from the class of office 14 in determining the highest performance allowance. Keywords: Remuneration, State Civil Apparatus, Ministry of Religious Affairs Office ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul eksistensi dan tolak ukur sistem remunerasi aparatur sipil negara (studi di Kanwil Kementrian Agama Provinsi Bali). Metode yang digunakan di dalam tulisan ini yaitu metode penelitian hukum normatif. Penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian di Kanwil Kemenag Provinsi Bali yang membahas tentang sistem remunerasi yang ada di sana yang didasari oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara dimana untuk di Kementrian Agama Provinsi Bali sendiri bertolak ukur pada Peraturan Presiden Nomor 154 Tahun 2015 tentang Tunjangan Kinerja Pegawai di Lingkungan Kementrian Agama dan Peraturan Agama RI Nomor 29 Tahun 2016 tentang Pemberian,Penambahan, dan Pengurangan Tunjangan Kinerja Pegawai Kementrian Agama. Kata Kunci: Remuenrasi, Aparatur Sipil Negara, Kanwil Kementrian Agama.
