Biografi
I Desak Putu Kartika Pratiwi is a lecturer in Program Study of Food Technology at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University. She obtained his graduated bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Technology from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology-Udayana University. Kartika received his master’s in Agricultural Biotechnologhy from the Faculty of Agriculture - Udayana University in 2012. Kartika actively teaches in food microbiology, physiology and post-harvest technology, sensory evaluation, experimental design, processing technology (coffee, flavor, horticulture, sugar, and confectionery). Kartika's current research is the development of millet flour with germination and fermentation methods and now her work focuses specifically on the role of millet as a prebiotic.
