MAPPING OF FEATURED AGRICULTURE COMMODITIES IN BULELENG REGENCY, BALI, INDONESIA

The featured agriculture commodities is a commodity that should be developed in the region in viewed from economic aspect, social aspect and environmental aspect. The research location in Buleleng Regency, Bali, Indonesia, which is determined purposively. The purpose of the research namely, (1) Identifying the featured agriculture commodities in Buleleng Regency, and (2) Mapping of featured agriculture commodities into digital maps of Geographic Information System (GIS). Identification of the featured agriculture commodities in the each district area using exponential comparative method (MPE), and in the Buleleng regency using the Borda method. The results of the research were obtained, featured agriculture commodities in Buleleng regency which is the screening of featured agriculture commodities from nine districts, namely Rice paddy, Cow, Mango, Cloves, Pig, Coffee, Wine, Sea food, Cocoa, Strawbery.
