PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN PIDANA PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA EKSIBISIONISME DALAM HUKUM PIDANA INDONESIA

Abstract This thesis shall be titled as The Liability of Exhibitionism Perpetrators in Indonesia’s Criminal Law of criminal responsibility decency by people with exhibitionism in the Indonesian criminal law. Indonesia has some legislation that could be used against the exhibitionism is not existed in Indonesia’s laws and regulations as well as the bllured norms in Articl 44 of the Criminal Code that does not give further details about the mental disorder because of the effect of diseases. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the responsibility of the crime of exhibitionism in this era and the criminal liability arrangements for the Exhibitionism perpetrators in the future. The method used in this thesis shall be normative research because of the blurred norms relating to this study. Keywords: criminal liability, regulation, exhibitionism
