Lecturer at Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. Completed his Bachelor of Engineering (ST.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering in Electrical Engineering Department, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya in 1997, and Master of Engineering (MT.) in the field of Telecommunication Information System at Master of Electrical Engineering Program, Bandung Institute of Technology in 2001. The Doctorate degree (Dr.) was completed in 2013 at the doctoral Program of Electrical Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya in 2013. 

Active as a lecturer in electrical engineering study Program, Master of Electrical engineering program and doctoral Program in engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University with courses such as  Multimedia signal processing, Telecommunication Engineering and Multimedia Network, Intelligent Signal Processing, and Computing Method.

As a researcher have won several research grants from the Ministry of Research and Higher Education, such as Competing Grants, Applied Product Grants and National Strategic Research Institutions with the topic of Video Monitoring System Development for The Early Detection of Shorelone changes. Conducting research cooperation with local government in Bali is also done, such as Smartcity Planning, Development of Regional {lanning System of the Klungkung Regency, and Development of Poor Household Monitoring system of Denpasar City. Active as a member in the International Scientific Association of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Indonesian electro-education Forum (FORTEI) and Indonesian Engineers Association (PII). He was the Chairman of the Telecommunications Systems Laboratory of Electrical Engineering Studies Program, chairman of the network infrastructure of the University of Udayana Information and Communication division, and as an expert team at Udayana University's Spatial Data Information Development Center. Currently serves as the coordinator of Information Technology study Program Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University.
