Dr. Sudarsana is a lecturer in the Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. His Bachelor Degree (BSc) in Engineering was completed at Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University Udayana in 1994. His Philosophy of Doctorate (Ph.D.) was completed in December 2001 at the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Ottawa, Ontario-Canada in the field of Reinforced Concrete Structure. Since  1996, he has been being registered as a lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department, Udayana University.  Dr. Sudarsana teaches some courses that offer both undergraduate and graduate degrees such as Earthquake Engineering, Structural Design, Behavior of Reinforced Concrete Structures, Finite Element Method, Structure Analysis with Matrix Method. He is also active in professional associations and is currently registered with the professional associations of IPR, AARGI, ACF, ICI, CEB-fib, ASTISI. Dr. Sudarsana was involved in updating SNI 1726: 2012 (earthquake), SNI 2847: 2013, and the Expert Team building (T-ABG) city of Denpasar. Dr. Sudarsana also actively follows Short courses about seismicity, reinforced concrete structures, and as a speaker at several scientific meetings at the national level as well as international.
