Born in Songan Village, Kintamani Bangli in 1960. Elementary school education in Public Elementary School in Songan village, Kintamani Bangli (1968- 1973), Junior High School Education in SLUB Saraswati,  Bangli, (1973-1976), High School Education  State Senior High School in Bangli (1976-1980).University education was initially at undertaken at Study Program of Veterinary Medicine Udayana University 1(980-1984) and continued at the Faculty of Veterinary Mediscine Airlangga University (1984-1986). Post graduate Study was carried out at Murdoch University under the Program of Master leading to Ph.D. (1991-1995) in the field of Immunology and Virology. Now works as a lecturer in Bachelor, Professional Veterinary Education and Masters  degree of Veterinary Medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana University, and in Ph.D program at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University
