Biografi

Anak Agung Ayu Mirah Adi  was born in Denpasar, August 26, 1963. She completed undergraduate education in veterinary medicine, the veterinary profession, and master of veterinary medicine at the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB-University). She obtained a Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences  at  the University of Tokyo-Japan. 

In her  career at the faculty of veterinary medicine-Udayana University, she has experienced as Vice Dean on academic affairs (1999-2002) and the Dean (in 2002-2006). As well as a director of the Center on food availability for sustainable improvement (CFASI)-UNUD (2014-2018).  Having experience as a researcher for a collaborative research project with Japan (JSPS-DGHE Core University program) in 2003-2008.  Currently, she is  a professor in the field of veterinary pathology. She is actively investigating the pathobiology of viruses in poultry and the endemicity of Japanese encephalitis in their amplifying hosts, poultry and pigs.
