Biografi
Nyoman Sadra Dharmawan was born in Bebandem, Karangasem,
Bali, October 5, 1958. Obtained his Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (1981) and
Veterinary Profession (1982) at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Gadjah Mada
University, Yogyakarta. He completed his Master’s in Veterinary Science at
Bogor Agricultural University (1990). The doctorate in Veterinary Science was
completed in 1995, through a 'sandwich program' at the Bogor Agricultural
Institute and the Institute of Tropical Medicine, Antwerp, Belgium.
He was Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Udayana
University (1997-2001), as Chair of the Udayana University Community Service
Institute (2001-2005), and Secretary of the Udayana University Quality
Assurance Agency (2006- 2008). Since 2007 until now he has been a Member of the
Team for Developing an Internal Quality Assurance System in the Directorate of
Learning and Student Affairs of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher
Education - Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.
He is currently a member of the Editorial Board
of the Jurnal Veteriner - Indonesian Veterinary Scientific Journal - and the Buletin
Udayana Mengabdi. In his capacity as a Team for Developing Internal Quality
Assurance Systems at the national level, he continues to provide training, assistance,
and technical assistance regarding quality assurance of high education
throughout Indonesia.
