I Gede Riana, is a lecturer staff at the Faculty of Economics and Business Udayana University in the field of human resource management. Born in Penyaringan - Jembrana, November 27, 1963, completed elementary and junior high school in Penyaringan and senior high school  in Lumajang, East Java. The Bachelor program was completed in 1985 and the 2004 Masters at the Faculty of Economics Udayana University. Moreover, completed the doctoral program in 2010 at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas of Brawijaya.
