Born in Denpasar 26 January 1950,  completed the undergarduate  study in 1978 as Engineer of Agriculture (Ir.) graduated from Udayana University,  pointed as lecturer in 1973 in the Faculty of Agriculture Udayana University, completed the Master Degree program in 1988 as Master of Rural Science in the Department of Agronomy and Soil Science University of New England, NSW Australia.  Completed the Doctoral Study Program in 1997 as Ph.D in Agronomy in Department of Plant Science University of Adelaide, South Australia, continued as Lecturer in Agronomy and other Agricutural subjects from that time until January 2020.
