Prof. Dewa Nyoman Wirawan, MPH was the former Chair of Public Health Post Graduate Program and a Senior Lecturer at Department of Preventive Medicine, School of Medicine Udayana University. I retired in October 2018, however, remain active in research and teaching activities concentrate on field epidemiology and research methodology. In 1975 I  graduated with a medical degree and in 1979 he obtained a MPH at the University of Hawaii. I am the founder of the Kerti Praja Foundation and one of the first medical professionals to treat people living with HIV-AIDS in Indonesia.
