I Gede Yusa is a lecturer at Department of Constitutional Law Faculty of Law Udayana University (FL UNUD), Bali, Indonesia. He got his Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree at FL UNUD, Master of Law (M.H.) degree at Master Program Faculty of Law Udayana University, and Doctoral of Law (Dr.) degree at Law Doctoral Program Brawijaya University Malang.

I Gede Yusa is an expert of Constitutional Law especially Law and Constitution, Emergency Constitutional Law, State Institutions Law, and Constitutional Procedural Law. Currently, he still acts as lecturer at Bachelor Degree (S1) Udayana University on General Basic Subjects (Pendidikan Pancasila, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan) and Law Studies. He also actively teaches at the Master of Law (S2) Program, Master of Notary (S2 Kenotariatan) Program, dan Doctoral Program (PDIH Unud). He also taught at several universities, such as Hindu Higher School Palangkaraya (STAH Palangkaraya) dan Health Polytechnic Denpasar (Poltekkes). Furthermore, he also conducts research, service to community and research forum especially on Association of Constitutional Procedural Law Lecturer (APHAMK). He also actively conducting publication such as Books (inter alia Constitutional Law after Amendment of 1945 Indonesia Constitution, Constitutional Review at Constitutional Court with Traditional Community (Desa Pakraman) Application, and Executive Power Shifted: Emergency Constitutional Law Perspective) and several National Accredited Journal by SINTA Dikti and International Reputable Journal (Scopus Indexed Journal).

1990-1994 he serves as Vice Dean I Staff of FL UNUD.

1995-1999 he serves as Communication Relationship Dean of FL UNUD.

1999-2000 he serves as Vice Head of Election Supervisory Board Badung Regency.

2005-2010 he serves as Documentary and Publication Secretary of FL UNUD.

2005-2009, 2014-2016 he serves as Head of Constitutional Law Department of FL UNUD.

2009-2014 he serves as Constitutional Research Centre Secretary at FL UNUD.

2016-2020 he serves as Vice Dean III of FL UNUD.

2010-currently, he still serves as Head of Regional Representative Council of Association of Constitutional Procedural Law Lecturer (APHAMK) Bali Province.

2019-currently, he still serves as Secretary of “BERSAMA” Organization Bali Province.
