Love is divided by 3, including:
- Self-love
- Love for family
- Love for the environment or society
If it has been said to have recovered physically from Covid-19, it is not yet complete. The affected organ processes include:
Heart: heart failure
Lungs: lung tissue damage
Brain and Nerves: loss of smell, risk of stroke
Muscle: muscle pain, fatigue, weakness
Mental health: difficulty sleeping, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders
Signs of Anxiety:
-
Motor Tension -> Trembling, muscle tension / stiffness, easy fatigue, restlessness
- Autonomous hyperactivity -> Shortness of breath / feeling heavy, heart palpitations, dry mouth, sweaty palms, dizziness, nausea / bad stomach, frequent urination, difficulty swallowing
- Excessive Alertness and Decreased Concentration -> Feeling sensitive, easily startled, difficulty sleeping, irritability
If symptoms appear, try to:
- Drink fruit juice, milk
- Eat lots of vegetables (nutritious food)
- Take a warm bath
- Avoid smoking and alcohol
- Sleep with a small light and don't shine in your eyes
- Managing positive thoughts (eg: "all experience this process that is passed before the affected organ heals completely")
- Try relaxation, namely: do inhale slowly on the count of 1 ..., 2 ..., 3 ...., then exhale slowly on the count of 1 ..., 2 ...., 3 ... Do it repeatedly until the breath feels relaxed with thoughts positive
- Or do Mindfulness, thank yourself for being able to get through the Covid-19 period. Beginning to accept the reality that you should not be negligent because you have a loved one and your community / environment you care about
- Keep wearing a mask at home until the second examination is declared not to confirm Covid-19
