What is depression?
Psychological components, including: feeling of sadness, loss of interest and pleasure, lack of energy, easily tired, feeling useless, failure, hopelessness, decreased concentration, decreased self-confidence, pessimism about the future, disturbances sleep, ideas or acts of self-injury/suicide.
There are 2 types of depression:
- depression with shut himself
- depression with agitation
Trigger factors in depression are often chronic, for example repressed anger or the loss of someone who is repressed to the point of interfering with daily activities or work/ school, chronic repression and conflict (unconsciously) lead to chronic depression/ chronic past stress triggers (eg, stomach pain, pneumonia/ bronchitis infection, affected by the covid-a9 outbreak, etc). This indicates a decreased in the immune system
