ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the role of organizational commitment mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in the study of 78 people, with the saturated sample method. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) and Sobel test analysis. Based on the analysis found that transformational leadership positively influential and significant organizational commitment. Transformational leadership is positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational commitment and significant positive effect on OCB. Organizational commitment mediates the effect of transformational leadership on OCB, Practical implications of this study can be a reference for researchers who want to investigate other woods on OCB, transformational leadership and organizational commitment,
