Problem
How the fusion of traditional and modern management can be applied to the conditions of this co-19 pandemic exposure.
B. Analysis
The corona pandemic which is currently sweeping Indonesia, is quite worrying. The increasing number of victims infected with the virus and the high number of deaths due to this virus caused the government to establish several policies to prevent the spread of this virus. The policy that becomes the main focus is social distancing. This is one of the steps to prevent and control Corona virus infection by encouraging everyone to limit visits to crowded places and direct contact with others. Now, the term social distancing has been replaced by physical distancing by the government. Apparently, the existence of the corona pandemic along with the application of social distancing has disrupted various sectors in Indonesia, such as the social, economic and cultural sectors. One interesting case about how the impact of corona on company management. The existence of physical distancing policies during the Corona pandemic, caused various changes in operations both from the company and the company's own partners. With this policy, many company partners find it difficult to work because the community is not much out of the house because of physical distancing and working from home (work from home). Both the government and the company have made various efforts so that the company's partners can carry out activities optimally to provide for the lives of those affected in the midst of this pandemic.
The physical distancing policy currently being implemented by the government to reduce the spread of the corona virus by limiting visits to crowded places and direct contact with others, apparently has a lot of influence on the economic sector, which has seen its impact on company management. With this policy, the company and its partners are quite affected by operational activities and revenues because this policy requires everyone to stay at home. According to the Statqo Analytics agency which studies the condition of the company, it has declined since mid-March 2020. Exactly after the application of the work from home (WFH) appeal.
In addition, the increasing number of corona sufferers causes the government to implement a new policy, namely the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) currently being implemented in 10 regions in Indonesia as part of the corona virus prevention effort. PSBB is regulated through the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Health Regulation (Permenkes) No. 9 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Limitation Guidelines in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). With this regulation, the company must abolish some of its activities, so that it can cause its business partners to lose their opportunities to work and experience a decrease in income.
This corona pandemic must indeed be faced by everyone in the world. This outbreak greatly affected the mental and economic conditions of the citizens of the community. What can be done is to follow the rules of the government and help each other in distress. Companies that are now affected by this epidemic should also help their employees and not immediately get out of hand because of humanitarian responsibilities (or through a family approach).
Other impacts arising from the Corona or Covid-19 virus are very large and detrimental to businesses in Indonesia. The Indonesian economy is currently under pressure as it is in the industrial world so companies have to make layoffs and are forced to lay off employees. This happened to thousands of workers in Indonesia because the company had no other way of maintaining employee safety and the inability of the company to pay its employees due to reduced income and even the company suffered heavy losses including Bali. Although there has been a ban from President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) who requested that the company not terminate employment (PHK) because there are many other ways for companies to continue operating without working in the office. But unfortunately, not all companies can carry out their operations properly, and even forced to apply layoffs because they are unable to pay salaries in full.
Termination of Employment (PHK) is the termination of employment due to a certain thing, which results in the termination of rights and obligations between workers and companies / employers. Actually, layoffs are the last step of the company to continue to survive when viewed in terms of business. In carrying out layoffs, of course the company must have ethics in the process and can not lay off employees. Companies must selectively choose who will be laid off and must be done officially with the sending of letters along with good reason. Delivering the news, the company must be careful so that employees are not surprised, sad and offended. So, a rational approach to humanity and wisdom will help the employee not be inferior or discouraged.
Real Examples of Companies that lay off and lay off employees

Krisna group is one of many companies that decided to lay off their employees. This was done because there was no inco me during the 3-week quarantine period that occurred at this time. Krisna group is one of the businesses in the tourism sector that is feeling the effects of Physical Distancing due to this pandemic.
C. CONCLUSIONS.
From what has been explained above, a number of conclusions can be drawn relating to the Blending of Traditional and Modern Management in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic on Bali Island, as follows:
1. Continue to implement national and or international health protocols.
2. Providing opportunities for each particular region or village to manage their community.
3. By limiting the local population to carry out their activities (except in the village of Pekraman
especially farmers).
4. Streamlining company management to reduce operational costs and avoid layoffs.
5. Stay disciplined in the health protocol and WHO provisions in the acceleration of handling this
covid-19.
