MOLECULAR IDENTIFICATION OF ENDOPHYTIC FUNGUS COME FROM COCOA PLANT HEALTHY (Theobroma cacao L.)

Production and cocoa plantation area in Indonesia every year decline, one cause is the outbreak of the cocoa black pod disease. Endophytic fungi isolated from healthy cocoa plant tissue provide new hope in the biological control of late fruit rot disease. The results of the nucleotide base sequence supported by bioinformatics services obtained by endo-A isolate (from the best stem endophytic 1) are Lasiodiplodia euphorbicola, endo -B isolate Dioporthe tectonae, endo-C (isolate origin of best leaf endophytes 3), Colletotrichum Siamense, isolate endo-D (the best stem endophytics 4) are Candida parapsilogic, and endo-E isolates (the best endophytic leaves of 5) are Aspergillus sydowii, and end-F isolate (origin of best fruit skin endophytic 6) ie Aspergillus flavus.
