Abstract

Legal aspects of the medical practice is the application of the law in the medical practice of regulated medical cause in carrying out the practice of medicine physician has the legal responsibility which consists of administrative legal liability, civil, and criminal.

Medicolegal aspects are physician practicing medicine with efforts to law enforcement or judicial called Legal Medicine which is one of the legal obligation for doctors in Indonesia.

Medicolegal aspects of Enucleation and Evisceration is a legal obligation or liability that must be fulfilled by the physician prior to, during, and after taking action Enucleation and Evisceration which includes the legality of the authority, informed consent and Clinical Privilege (clinical authority) at the Hospital.
