is really have an important role in tourism promotion. The investors are competing to establish an instragrammable tourism
object in order to attract tourists
interest (domestic and overseas). Bali as one of the favorite tourism
destination offer various of tourism object with swing, bird nest, tree house,
a ship in the river, rice field, ravine with height 78 meter above ground.
There are some examples of those places: Air Terjun Cinta Wanagiri, Tukad
Melangit: Desa jehem, Bali Swing Bongkasa Pertiwi, Terrace River Pool Swing
Tegalalang, etc.
Swing
mode in some tourism objects are attract the tourists to come and try it. This
conditions give the positive effect because it is increasing the sum of tourist
to come and automatically the government income is going to increase. In the
other side, the existence of swing mode in the tourism object is also has
negative effect. For example, a France tourist, Patrick Jean Pierre Bouchard
was die because fell accidentally from the swing to the ravine with 15 meter in
depth in one of the tourism object in Tegalalang, Gianyar Bali. Based on the preliminary
observation, the tourism object with extreme mode such as, swing are not having
a license and insurance for the attraction. Thus, those conditions raises
questions how is the standard of regulation according to establishing the
tourism object with extreme mode such as swing. In fact, the Gianyar Regency
Government do not have specific regulation about that. At this time, they are
drafting a regent regulation to regulate the establishing of tourism object
with swing and All Terrain Vehicle (ATV). But it will need a time because they
have to change the local regulation first as the umbrella of the regent
regulation.
