The result of this research is a book, Kata Kolok: Isyarat Lingkup Kesehatan Individu dan Pengobatan, serves as a comprehensive guide to Kata Kolok, the unique sign language of the Deaf community in Bengkala Village, Bali. It focuses on the application of Kata Kolok in healthcare, enabling effective communication between medical practitioners and Deaf individuals. The book provides detailed descriptions of signs related to health, emotions, and everyday needs, illustrated with step-by-step gestures to facilitate practical usage.  In addition to addressing medical interactions, the book explores the cultural and historical context of Bengkala, offering insights into the village’s traditions and the significance of Kata Kolok within its social community. By documenting these signs, the book contributes to the preservation and development of this endangered language while promoting inclusivity in healthcare practices. This resource is invaluable for healthcare professionals, linguists, and anyone dedicated to supporting marginalized communities through effective communication. This research is a collaborative effort between Udayana University and STIKOM Bali, conducted by fieldworkers Dian Rahmani Putri, I Komang Sumaryana Putra, and Putu Rio Natan Samuel Philipus.
