PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGEMENT: CONCEPTS AND APPLICATIONS

In this book, we try to examine various aspects related to public service management, starting from basic concepts, underlying theories, to applications and strategies that can be used to improve the quality of services to the community. Readers will be invited to understand the important role of public services in building good relationships between government and society, as well as how the effectiveness of public services can be improved through appropriate policies and the use of innovative technology. This book is divided into ten chapters, starting with an introduction to public service management, followed by basic theories and concepts that form it. We also discuss other important topics, such as service quality, human resources in public services, innovation and technology that influence public service performance, as well as contemporary issues that must be faced by public service managers today.
