Abstrak

Praise be to the presence of God Almighty who has bestowed His gifts, grace, and guidance so that we can complete the Culinary Course textbook as a handbook for students and lecturers in attending lectures at the Faculty of Tourism UNUD. This textbook was chosen in order to meet the needs and demands of the world of education which are still limited in number. In addition, the demands of the industrial or business world require graduates (alumni) to have professional competence so that they are expected to be able to compete in the global market (competitive advantage).
