Human resources are an important part in achieving organizational goals. Employee activities in achieving organizational goals are inseparable from the role of leaders in managing their subordinates. The results of employee activities in carrying out tasks both in terms of quality and quantity based on predetermined work standards can be a reference for leaders to determine effective and efficient strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Organizational goals can be achieved properly if leaders can manage subordinate management activities and carry out management functions, namely: planning, directing, organizing and controlling. Leaders must be able to combine the abilities of their employees with the needs of the organization. Leaders must be able to move and empower employees. The results of employee activities in carrying out tasks based on these predetermined work standards can also be used to evaluate each employee's work results.
