POTATO AGRIBUSINESS BOOK

Potatoes are a food that is strategic enough for humans not only in Indonesia but also throughout the world. Increasing productivity and quality in potato cultivation is a basic requirement, the effort is carried out with the efficiency of cultivation based on environmental and sustainable agricultural activities. The LEISA system is integrated with the implementation of several supporting technologies (seed use technology, cultivation technology, plastic mulch technology, integrated pest control technology and postharvest technology.
This book is the result of the formulation of various collaborative research studies between government institutions (BELMAWA, Tabanan Regency Government, Udayana University and the Kanti Sembada Farmers Group). The team will always receive input to improve this book, so that this book can be used as a reference in the cultivation of potatoes and learning materials in related study programs.
