Tourist destinations are the locations of production, consumption, and patterns of tourist movements (Davidson and Maitland, 1997). In addition, the destinations are also an area for people to work and carry out social and cultural activities. It is also regulated in Law number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, which states that tourist destinations are geographical areas within one or more administrative regions in which there are tourist attractions, public facilities, tourism facilities, accessibility, and communities that are interrelated and complement of tourism. Thus the community is an inseparable part of the destination, therefore in the development of tourist destinations must examine various elements of the community.
