Guarantee to obtain food is one of the fundamental rights of Indonesian people so that the achievement of food security and affordability is a necessity in all parts of Indonesia. Food security can be achieved if the food produced matches the quantity, quality and time of need. Therefore, the sustainability of domestic food production is largely determined by the sustainability of the agricultural sector and its contribution to the regional economy and the welfare of society. In this connection, the involvement of the government, agribusiness practitioners and academics is very important. In connection with the agricultural sector empowerment program in supporting the economic sector and community welfare in Gianyar Regency, the Gianyar Regency Government through the Agency Gianyar Regency Regional Development Planning collaborates with the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. This book reviews in detail the background, stages of research up to a review of research results which are then summarized in a conclusion and executive summary that is used as a basis for preparing the plan related to the development of the commodity center.
