The substance of this book comes from the results of research on Purple Sweet Potatoes for approximately 15 years. Compiled based on the findings of the effect of purple sweet potato tuber extract, especially on the endothelium of blood vessels. The contents of this book are also equipped with journal digests about purple sweet potato or other herbs. The purpose of publishing this book is to make it easier for students to understand the efficacy of herbal medicines, especially purple sweet potatoes so that they are able to apply or explain to the public about the good use of herbal medicines, especially purple sweet potatoes.
