Biografi

Putri Kusuma Sanjiwani, S.H., M.H.,


She was born in Denpasar, Indonesia, on December 29, 1988. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, in 2011. In the same year, she commenced her Master’s studies in Law and successfully completed the Master of Law Program at Udayana University in 2015.

Currently, she is a lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University, with academic interests focusing on tourism law and tourism policy. Her research portfolio includes notable studies such as: The Authority of the Provincial Government of Bali in the Development of Tourism Ports as a Support for Bali Tourism (2015); Legal Regulation of Beach Border Privatization by Tourism Entrepreneurs in Bali Province (2016); Intellectual Property Rights in the Tourism Industry (Case Study: Legal Protection for the Utilization of Local Genius in Local Entrepreneurs’ Products) (2016); The Exploitation of Goa Pindul as Speleo Tourism in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta (2017); Government Policy in the Development of Agrotourism in Disaster-Prone Areas in Karangasem Regency (2018); and Breach of Contract in Overseas Travel Agreements by Indonesian Tourists (2019).
