Putri Kusuma Sanjiwani, SH, MH

Born in Denpasar, December 29, 1988, is a bachelor degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Udayana University in 2011. Starting master study in the field of law in 2011, completed and got master's degree in the Law Study Master's Program at Udayana University in 2015. Currently devoting herself as a lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University. Concentrations of science are tourism law and tourism policy. Several studies that have been carried out and published include The Authority of Provincial Government of Bali in the Development of Tourism Ports as Supporting Bali Tourism (2015),  Legal Arrangements for Privatization of Coastal Borders by Tourism Entrepreneurs in Bali Province (2016),  Intellectual Property Rights in Tourism Industry (Case Study : Legal Protection for Use of Local Genius in Local Entrepreneurs' Products (2016),  Exploitation of Pindul Cave as a Tourism Speleo in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta (2017), Government Policy in the Development of Agrotourism in Disaster Prone Areas of Karangasem Regency (2018), and  Breach of Contract of Travel Agreement by Indonesian Tourists (2019).
