My name is Ni Made Ayu Surasmiati. I was born and raised in Denpasar, October 23^th, 1981. Graduating from SMA 1 Denpasar in 1999, then I went to the Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University (1999-2005). As a general practitioner, I joined the government program of PTT doctors (Pegawai Tidak Tetap) at the Selemadeg Health Center in Bajera, Tabanan for 3 years (2006-2009). Then I took my residency program in Ophthalmology and combined degree program Masters of Biomedical Science Program with a concentration in Clinical Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University ( 2010-2014).  After completing the Specialization, I was appointed teaching staff in the Ophthalmology Departement, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University / Sanglah Hospital. I continued my fellowship at the Cicendo Hospital National Eye Center in Bandung in the field of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus subspecialty for 1 year. I had the opportunity to conduct observations at Perth Children Hospital and Lion's eye Institute (2018). Now, I am a teaching staff in the Strabismus division of Ophthalmology Departement, Udayana University.
