Biografi
Kadek Agus
Sudiarawan, S.H., M.H.
I am the Permanent Lecturer at Law Study Program, Faculty of Law Udayana
University. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree at the Faculty of Law Udayana
University and completed my Master’s Degree at Master of Law Program at Gadjah
Mada University.
I am currently part of the Procedural Law Division of Faculty of Law
Udayana University and have carried out regular teaching activities for several
subjects such as Indonesian Civil Procedural Law, Indonesian State
Administrative Procedural Law, Religious Court Procedural Law, Special Courts
(Industrial Relation), and Alternative Dispute Resolution. I am also a member
of the Clinical Legal Education Lecturer (Environmental Law Clinic) and a team
of Publication Unit of Faculty of Law Udayana University (Editorial Board of
Kertha Patrika Journal and Kertha Wicara Journal).
I have a strong interest in the field of Procedural Law and Labor Law,
especially in the field of Industrial Relation Dispute Resolution and have done
various researches, write several books and journals related to the field of
law.
I was a lawyer and legal consultant at one of the reputable Law Firm in
Denpasar. I also have active experience in various organizations since I was
young. My latest organization experience is The President of Student Executive
Board Udayana University for the 2011-2012 Period and the Chairperson of the
Advocacy and Family Network of Masters of Law Students at Gadjah Mada
University.
