Biografi

My name is I Putu Rasmadi Arsha Putra, SH., MH, I am a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University. I obtained my bachelor degree at the Faculty of Law of Udayana University in 2009 and the Master of Law Program at the Postgraduate Program of Udayana University in 2012.


I am a member of the Udayana University Faculty of Law's Law of Procedure, actively teaching in several subjects such as Indonesian Civil Procedural Law, Indonesian State Administrative Procedural Law, Religious Court Procedural Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Legal Aid Consultation. I am also a lecturer in law clinic (Anti-Corruption Law Clinic), also active in the Indonesian Civil Procedure Law lecturers  association, participating in corruption prevention activities that are incorporated in the Corruption Crime Session Record Team  in collaboration with the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), besides being active as a reviewer in several journals.

 

I have an interest in the field of procedural law and labor law, especially in the alternative field of industrial relations dispute resolution and actively conducting research, community service, writing books and journals related to the field of law. In addition, I am currently also active in an accredited Legal Aid Institute in Denpasar, and also active in one of the prominent law offices in Denpasar.
