Palagan Senopati Sewoyo, DVM, MS is a lecturer at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University. He primarily teaches Veterinary Pathology in both the Undergraduate and Veterinary Profession programs. He is an active member and board member of the Indonesian Society of Veterinary Pathologists (ISVP), as well as a member of the Indonesian Veterinary Medical Association (IVMA). His research interests focus on veterinary pathology, particularly the use of Newcastle Disease Virus as an oncolytic agent, tumor pathology in companion animals, and infectious diseases in avian and livestock species. One of his key publications is titled "Newcastle Disease Virus Tabanan-1/ARP/2017 Suppresses Ki67 and VEGF in Rat Mammary Carcinoma Models", published in Veterinarski Arhiv (Vol. 96, Issue 1, pp. 73–81).

In addition to his academic and research activities, he also serves as a reviewer for several scientific journals, including Frontiers in Medicine (Q1), Open Veterinary Journal (Q2), Jurnal Medik Veteriner (Q3), and Jurnal Veteriner (Sinta-2).
