I Made Juniawan is a lecturer at the Travel Industry Study Program, Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University. He earned his Master’s degree in Tourism from the same university and has been teaching since 2022. Prior to his academic career, he gained experience in the tourism industry, working in the product department of a travel agency, in hotel sales and banquet services, and as front office staff at a villa. He also worked in the education sector as the secretary to the dean and public relations officer at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University.

His main research interests include tourism information technology, youth traveler behavior, social media, and destination decision-making. He actively writes academic papers and is involved in supervising and evaluating student theses on various contemporary tourism topics. His commitment to advancing tourism knowledge is evident in his efforts to connect industry practices with evidence-based academic research.
