Biografi

Ida Bagus Mandhara Brasika, S.Si, M.Sc. is a Lecturer at Department of Marine Sciences of Udayana University, Indonesia. His research activities focus on environmental issue and the connection with climate dynamics. He was a climate change analyst at National Environment Agency of Bangli Regency from 2014 to 2019 before move to Udayana University. After finishing  master in environmental technology at Imperial College London, he came back to Indonesia and started Griya Luhu, a non-profit that focus on waste management cooperating with local community since 2017. In 2018, He was requested to help government to create Bali’s first plastic ban regulation: Pergub No.97 year 2018. Within the same year, He has received several awards, most notably: Professional Fellow of Environment and Sustainable Development from US State Department and Gianyar Regency’s Most Inspiring Young Figure.
