Biografi
Sayi Hatiningsih completed her bachelor (S.TP.) at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Jember University in 2015, continued her Masters (M.Si.) at the Udayana University in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, and finished in 2018. She was a permanent lecturer in the Departement of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, Bukit Jimbaran Campus, Badung-Bali from 2019 till now. During her time as a lecturer, she actively carried out research based on the needs of society and industry, through the collaboration of the various institutions, especially the concentration about coffee, cocoa, and food microbiological.
