dr. Ida Aju Kusuma Wardani Sp.KJ (K), MARS was born in Surabaya on April 28, 1968 to the couple Mr. Alm. dr. Ida Bagus Rai, Sp.P and Mrs. Alm. Wiwiek Sri Juwita. She is the third children from four siblings. Then married with Ir. Ida Bagus Ngurah Mantra was blessed with three child, namely the first daughter named Dr. Ida Ayu Kartika Widiadnyani will register for FK Unud's psychiatric resident, first son named Ida Bagus Barawakya, S.T works in Batam, second daughter named Ida Ayu Kanaka Puspita is currently active in FK Unud's coass medical education. Her education career began at SDN Pacar Keling VI Surabaya, graduated in 1980, then continued on to SMPN 4 Surabaya, graduated in 1983, then continued to SMAN 6 Surabaya, graduated in 1986. After finishing high school, she continued her education at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya, taking majoring in general medicine, graduated in 2000. Then continued her education by taking PPDS-1 Psychiatry degree at the Faculty of Medicine, Airlangga University, Surabaya, graduated in 2008. She continued her education at Management of Hospital Administration at the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, graduating in 2014. Next, she obtained the title of 'psychiatric liaison consultation' in 2019. Currently continuing her doctoral education at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

Since young, she active with organization, like;

-Chief of Student Representative Body Faculty of Medicine, University of Wijaya Kusuma

-Head of Amerta Wing Installation, RSUP Sanglah

-Treasurer of PDSKJI Denpasar Branch, period 2016 to the present.

Currently active as a Psychiatric Functional Medical Staff and Head of the Medical Records Team in Sanglah Hospital Denpasar, Bali.
