Dr. dr. Ketut Kwartantaya Winaya, SpKK(K), FINSDV FAADV was born in Jogjakarta, on September 20^th, 1963. He completed his General Practitioner Education at the Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University in 1994, then continued education in Dermatology and Venereology Specialization at Hasanuddin University, Makassar and completed education in 2002. Since 2015 he continuing education to doctoral degree in health at Udayana University and completed education in 2018. The Fellow of the Indonesian Society of Dermatology and Venereology (FINSDV) degree was obtained in 2017, Fellow of Asian Academy Dermatology and Venereology (FAADV) degree in 2018 and the Consultant degree within the field of Dermatology and Venereology in 2020. He is a lecturer at the Dermatology and Venereology Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and a member of the Dermatology and Venereology Medical Group at Sanglah Hospital as an adjunct lecturer from 2007-2019 then as a permanent lecturer from 2019 to the present. Apart from teaching,  he is also active as a speaker at national symposiums  as well as congresses. He actively participates in the professional organization of the Indonesian Dermatology and Venereology Association (PERDOSKI) and as Head of PERDOSKI 2 period, from 2011 to 2014 and from 2014 to 2018. Until now, he is also the member of the organization.
