I Putu Pramana Suarjaya was born in Denpasar on June 8, 1969, graduated with a bachelor of medicine program in 1995 at Udayana University, went on to study in the specialist medical anesthesiology and Masters program in Health at Padjadjaran University and graduated in 2003. The title of Pain Management Consultant in 2010 was obtained from the Anesthesiology and Reanimation College of Indonesia while the Neuroanesthesia Consultant completed his education at Padjadjaran University in 2012. Doctoral education with a Doctorate degree was obtained at Padjadjaran University in 2014. Obtained an additional competency degree as a Fellow of Interventional Pain Management (FIPM) in 2016 from the College of Anesthesiology and Indonesian Intensive Therapy (KATI)

He is active in teaching, guiding and testing Bachelor of Medicine students, the Medical Profession and the Specialist Education Program.

Besides teaching, he is active in community service activities as well as research and publication of books or scientific journals.
