I Made Subagiartha was born in Denpasar on November 16, 1960, graduated with a medical undergraduate program in 1988 at Udayana University, went on to study at the Anesthesiology specialist medical program at the University of Indonesia and graduated in 1997, with enthusiasm and passion in the field of law he continued his education and graduated with a law degree in 2007 at Warmadewa University and a Cardiovascular Anesthesiology Consultant in 2008 obtained from the College of Anesthesiology and Reanimation of Indonesia, in April 2019 passed the Masters of Law program in the concentration of Health Law at Soegijapranata Catholic University.

He is active in teaching, guiding and testing Bachelor of Medicine students, the Medical Profession and the Specialist Education Program.

Besides teaching, he is active in community service activities as well as research and publication of books or scientific journals.
