I Gusti Putu Sukrana Sidemen was born in Tabanan on July 13, 1962, graduated with a medical bachelor's program in 1988 at Udayana University, went on to study at the Anesthesiology specialist medical program at the University of Indonesia and graduated in 1998. Participated in Regional Anesthesia education and training in 2011 in 2011 National Center General Hospital Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM)

He is active in teaching, guiding and testing Bachelor of Medicine students, the Medical Profession and the Specialist Education Program.

Besides teaching, he is active in community service activities as well as research and publication of books or scientific journals.
