I Made Dwi Budiana Penindra was born in Denpasar on June 13, 1977. He went to elementary school at SD 3 Saraswati Denpasar, SMU 1 Denpasarl, 17 August 1945 University, Surabaya, and his last education at the Master of Technology Management Institute of Technology Sepuluh November (ITS ) Surabaya in 2002. After graduating from S2 then became a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University in 2003.
