Lecturer at Udayana University. Gelat Teknik (Ir.) was completed in the Civil Engineering Study Program at Udayana University in 1988 and has been a Lecturer in the same Study Program since 1991. In 1998 received a Masters degree from Gajah Mada University. Interested in research on Infilled Frames and other topics related to Structure Modeling.
