Ir. I Nyoman Setiawan, MT is a lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. He was born in Gianyar on December 29, 1963. The elementary school through the high school was completed in Gianyar. He completed his undergraduate education at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Sepuluh November Institute of Technology, Surabaya in the field of Electrical Power Engineering in 1990. He continued his Masters Program in Electrical Engineering in ITS in the field of Electric Power Systems Engineering with scholarships from EEDP-ADB and graduated in 1999. He has held positions as secretary of the Department of Electrical Engineering, in 2007-2011, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department 2011-2015 and as Head of the Electrical Energy Management Research Laboratory in 2015-2018. He is lecturing many subjects in particular : Calculus, Engineering Mathematics, Electrical Power Systems Analysis, Renewable Energy and Photovoltaics. His research interests are in the field of electric power systems, photovoltaics and have participated as members of the Indonesian Solar Energy Association (AESI).
