Anissa Maria Hidayati was born in Lumajang, East Java, March 29, 1960. Completed her undergraduate studies at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University in 1984. In 1986 she was appointed as a lecturer in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. In 1992, he continued his undergraduate studies (postgraduate) at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and obtained his Master of Engineering degree in 1994. In 1995-1999 he served as secretary of the Department and concurrently as secretary of the Soil Mechanics laboratory. Some of the undergraduate courses taught by Anissa include: Soil Mechanics, Foundation Engineering and Soil Mechanics Practicum. Soil Rheology, Soil Improvement Methods, Soil Behavior and Soil Dynamics are courses taught by Anissa in the Masters Program in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. In addition, Anissa Maria Hidayati is also actively guiding doctoral students at the Doctoral Program in Engineering Sciences (PDIT) Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. Anissa is also a member of the Indonesian Soil Engineers Association (HATTI) and holds an Associate geotechnical certificate. In August 2017, Anissa completed her Doctoral program at Diponegoro University (UNDIP) Semarang, Central Java. Anissa Maria Hidayati, then active again teaching.
