Biografi
Nyoman Budiartha RakaMandi, was born in
Denpasar on November 16, 1954, is a graduate of the Doctoral Program in the
Study of Marine Technology in the field of Sea Transportation, Institut
Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS), Surabaya (2011). Master of Science in Transportation
was completed at the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB, 1990). Graduated from
Civil Engineering majoring in Transportation, Faculty of Civil Engineering at
Institut Teknik Sepuluh November (ITS, 1983). Participated in Short Course Project
Management in New Delhi India (March – May, 2002) and Short Course in
Engineering Education Management in Melbourne Australia (June - August 2002).
The son of Mr. I Made Raka Mandi and Mrs. Ni Made Mindring and the husband of
Mardiana Pudjihastuti, SH. Currently working as a permanent lecturer in the
Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University
(UNUD) with the academic position of Professor, has two sons Gede Bagus Permata
Putera RM., ST (deceased) and Nyoman Ardiantha Putera RM., SE. Had acted as the
former Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs for two periods and the Director of
UNUD's LPIU-EEDP, from 2012 until now, is the Chair of the UNUD Civil
Engineering Transportation Laboratory.
Besides writing dozens of research studies
in various national and international journals and writing several books as
well as being a practitioner, among others, as a member of the expert group in
the development of the municipal government level II Denpasar (1998 - 2000),
Chairman of the coordination forum for handling coastal damage in Bali (2002),
actively conducting research collaborations including research "Lean,
Clean and Green Cities: Rationalizing Indonesian Urban Freight through
Inclusive Urban Development" in collaboration with the Center for
Logistics Transportation Studies (PUSTRAL) of Universitas Gadjah Mada in
Yogyakarta and also with the Temasek Foundation - NUS (National University of
Singapore) concerning Capacity Building in the field of Supply Chains
Management under KEMENKO for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia.
