Dr. drh. I Gusti Ngurah Sudisma, M.Sc. born in Sedang, Abiansemal, Badung, Bali, January 30, 1969. Attended Higher Education to obtain a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (drs.Med.Vet) in 1992 and obtained a Veterinarian (drh) in 1994 at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University . Since 1997 he has been appointed as a teaching staff in the Study Program / Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, Denpasar. Furthermore, in 2002 obtained a scholarship to continue study and complete postgraduate education - Veterinary Science - at the Bogor Agricultural University in the field of Veterinary Surgery in 2004 with a Master of Science (M.Sc) and in 2011 with a Doctorate (Dr). Current author As teaching staff in the field of Surgery at the Veterinary Surgery Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University. In addition to teaching, the writer is also active as a researcher in the fields of Veterinary Surgery and Anesthesia and as a Veterinary practitioner at the Animal Hospital of Udayana University.

During his teaching staff at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Ngurah Sudisma after completing his S3 (Doctoral) Education in 2011 was appointed as Head of the Department of Veterinary Clinics until the end of 2012, because in 2013 he was appointed as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs until 2017. Since 2017 until now he has remained active as teaching staff, researcher and as Head of the Veterinary Clinic Department.
