Siswanto is the only child of the late Jemari and Mursiah, born in Banyuwangi Regency on December 12, 1960, male sex, Islam. Graduated from Public Elementary School in Banyuwangi in 1974, Banyuwangi Public Middle School in 1977, Agricultural Technology Middle School (SMTP) Department of Agricultural Product Technology (THP) in Jember in 1981. Next to Bachelor education at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University Denpasar, Bali, graduated at 1985. Veterinary profession education at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Airlangga University, Surabaya, graduated veterinarian in 1988 and six months later was accepted as a Civil Servant (lecturer) at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, Denpasar, Bali. Two years as a lecturer finally returned to Surabaya to continue his master's education at the Airlangga University Postgraduate Program. The majors taken are Basic Medical Sciences (IKD) Biochemical specifications. Graduated master's degree in 1995. In 2017 he was accepted as a student in the Animal Science Doctoral Study Program, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University and passed his doctorate on 11 June 2020.
